HAVANA, February 25 (Oswaldo de Céspedes, CPI) - State Security agents put on a show of force starting on the evening of February 24 to prevent access to the Municipal Tribunal where three well-known dissidents were to be tried today.

Oscar Elías Biscet González, Eduardo Díaz Fleitas and Fermín Scull Zulueta face sentences of up to seven years in case 19 of (year) 2000 for 'public disorder,' 'disrespect of patriotic symbols,' and 'encouraging delinquency.'
