Criminal proceedings against dissident Isabel del Pino were dropped when her
accuser, Communist Party militant Miriam Pérez Lara, withdrew the
accusation that del Pino had threatened her.
"Justice triumphed this time," said del Pino.
The president of the Municipal Popular Tribunal in Centro Habana, Gloria
Robaina, summoned del Pino November 16 and notified her that the case had been
dismissed.
