HAVANA, March 4 (Juan Carlos Linares, / www.cubanet.org) - Independent
journalist Carlos Alberto Domínguez, who was arrested February 23, is
still being held at the headquarters of the Technical Investigations Department
in Havana.
His wife, María Domínguez, was allowed to visit him for 15
minutes on March 1. She said he complained of head aches and high blood
pressure.
Both Domínguez and his wife have visas issued by the United States,
but so far the Cuban government has not issued them exit visas.
